Recruitment data is usually trapped in exports and disconnected workflows. Teams can see hires at the end, but struggle to explain where candidates leave, which roles are waiting, how workload is distributed, or whether the underlying data is complete.

Standalone setup in four steps
Upload a source-system CSV, map its columns and raw stages, confirm the versioned metric definitions, and generate the workspace. Valid rows import even when other rows need correction.
Problems with evidence attached
Inspect the adaptive funnel, jobs, workload and sources. Every supported metric shows its definition, formula, period and sample, while data gaps remain visible instead of becoming zeroes.
Reports ready to deliver
Create saved aggregate reports, export PDF, Excel or CSV, issue an expiring revocable share link, or schedule delivery through an authorized work mailbox.
