Does it reject candidates automatically?

No. Nothing is filtered out of your sight and nothing is auto-rejected — every candidate stays on the list with a score you can open. A candidate is only ever marked as failing a requirement when there is a quotable line in the CV that says so; silence in a CV is returned as “needs a human”, never as a no.

How do I know the score is not made up?

Because you can check it in about five seconds. Every requirement carries a verdict and the verbatim line from the CV behind it, and the score itself is arithmetic computed in code over those verdicts rather than a number the model chose. The same CV always scores the same.

What happens to the CVs I upload?

They go into your own workspace and nowhere else. Every agency is walled off from every other, there is no shared candidate pool, and nothing you upload is ever used to train a model. Original files are served privately and scoped to the workspace that owns them.
