Recruitment agencies lose days to scheduling, improvised questions and feedback chased through email. By the time notes arrive, nobody can see where interviewers agreed, disagreed or what evidence supports the client’s next move.

Create the role and candidate inside Interview, confirm the guide, connect a work calendar and send one secure time chooser. The confirmed event and virtual meeting are created after the candidate picks. Interview works without Screen or Match.
Client interviewer scorecards
Each client interviewer receives a private guest workspace, follows the same confirmed guide, keeps private working notes and submits ratings with evidence—without needing a HireOS account.
An evidence trail to a human decision
Review original scorecards, preserve disagreements, prepare an advisory summary and record the agency’s human decision in an append-only timeline.
